Returns: Accepted only for defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered products. Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds: Approved returns are generally refunded as store credit, valid for 50 days. In rare cases involving lost-in-transit, incorrect, or damaged products, refunds may be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 days.
Exchanges: Allowed only for size-related issues and must be requested within 24–48 hours. Exchanges are one-time only and subject to a ₹250 exchange fee.
Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be provided instead.
Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
